How to appeal

To appeal, reply to our decision or write to privacy@theprodigalapp.com with "Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond in writing within 45 days, with a written explanation of the reasons for our decision.

If we deny your appeal

You can file a complaint with your state attorney general.
